Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Sport Screening

Do you want to reduce your injury risk?

A musculoskeletal sport screening helps to identify intrinsic risk factors for injury. Appropriate preventative strategies are then put in place to address any deficits or imbalances, thus reducing the risk for injury. Prior to your session you will receive and online questionnaire to provide more context on your level of activity and your goals for your sport. The screening session is an evaluation session and takes about 75min after which you will be provided with an electronic copy of customised recommendations and an appropriate rehabilitation program to address any deficits or contributing factors.
